【摘要】:1.1Theserequirementscoverelectricluminairesforinstallationbelowthesurfaceofthewaterinswimmingpools,permanentlyinstalledspas,hottubs,andsimilarwater-containingvesselsintendedtoaccommodatethecompleteorpartialimmersionofpersons,andforoperationonsupplycircuitsrated150voltsorless,inaccordancewiththeNationalElectricalCode,NFPA70.1.2Theserequirementsalsocover:a)Metalluminairehousings(formingshells)forusewithwet-nicheluminairesintendedforinstallationasdescribedin1.1;b)Mountingbracketsforusewithno-nicheluminairesintendedforinstallationasdescribedin1.1;andc)Electricluminairesandjunctionboxesforinstallationinfountainsandsimilarwatercontainingvesselsnotintendedtoaccommodatethecompleteorpartialimmersionofpersons.1.3Theserequirementsdonotcoverjunctionboxesforuseinswimmingpoolsandspas,ground-faultcircuit-interrupters,transformerenclosures,ortransformersusedforthesupplyofunderwaterluminaires.
