【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthreecompetencelevels(AnnexB)ofpersonnelactinginthefieldofcathodicprotection,includingsurvey,design,installation,testingandmaintenance.Itspecifiesaframeworkofproceduresforthetrainingandcertificationforthepersonneltoreachanddemonstratethecompetencelevels.Itdefinestheminimumrequirementsforcertificationbodiesresponsibleforthiscertification.TheproceduresforcertificationofcathodicprotectionpersonnelshouldbeinaccordancewithENISO/IEC17024.Competencelevelsandcertificationschemesapplytoeachofthefollowingapplicationsectors:—undergroundandimmersedmetallicstructures;—marinemetallicstructures;—reinforcedconcretestructures;—innersurfacesofmetalliccontainerstructures.TheseapplicationsectorsaredetailedinAnnexA.Itisnotmandatoryforacertificationbodytoestablishcertificationinallapplicationsectorsortoalllevelsof||competence.Acertificationbodymaysubdivideapplicationsectorsandmaycombinelevelsofcompetence.Ifsuchsubdivisionand/orcombinationareusedbythecertificationbody,itshouldensurethatthecertificatesdiscriminatethesedividedsectorsorcombinedlevelsfromthosedefinedinthisstandard.NOTE1ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincorporatethecertificationofcompaniesorservices.NOTE2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludeinternalcorporateassessmentandqualificationofpersonnel.NOTE3Wherevergenderspecificwordssuchas"his","her","he"or"she"appearsinthisstandardtheothergenderisalsoapplicable.
